I bought some of this along with some lengths of Longacre Protecto 180 and Longacre standard roll cage padding.
If you need something that is FIA compliant to cover bits of your cage that you would not hit in an accident then I guess this is ideal. However, if you do not need the padding to be FIA approved and you you are covering sections of the cage that you could contact in an accident then you'd be MUCH better off with either of the Longacre products listed above. They provide far superior protection and although aren't fire proof, they are fire retardant.
